Juegos de roles como estrategia motivadora en el aprendizaje por competencia en los cadetes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos.

Abstract

El presente trabajo ha sido realizado en función a la influencia entre el juego de roles como estrategia motivadora y el aprendizaje por competencias en los cadetes de la Escuela de Oficiales de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos, utilizándose el tipo de investigación descriptivo porque solo va a caracterizar al fenómeno tal como se presenta en el momento del estudio. El tipo de investigación es básico porque busca la influencia entre las variables. En cuanto al diseño, la presente investigación corresponde a la no experimental descriptiva, puesto que se describen las variables de manera independiente, donde se establece la variable "juego de roles" como estrategia motivadora y aprendizaje por competencias, usando el enfoque cuantitativo. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se ha establecido de que los juegos de roles como estrategia motivadora mejoran significativamente el aprendizaje en los cadetes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos.

The present work it has been realized in function to the influence between the game of roles as motivating strategy and the learning by competitions in the cadets of the Escuela de Oficiales of the Escuela Militar de Chorrillos, being in use the descriptive type of investigation because only it is going to characterize to the phenomenon as appears in the moment of the study. The type of investigation is basic because it looks for the influence between the variables. As for the design the present investigation corresponds to not experimental descriptive since there are described the variables of an independent way where it is found the variable "game of roles" like motivating strategy and learning for competitions, using the quantitative approach. During the development of the investigation it has been established of that the games of roles like motivating strategy improve significantly the learning in the cadets of Escuela Militar de Chorrillos.
