Complicaciones obstétricas presentadas en partos domiciliarios atendidos por parteras en la comunidad indígena de Megantoni, provincia de La Convención - Cusco 2017- 2019

El objetivo fue identificar las complicaciones obstétricas presentadas en partos domiciliarios atendidos por parteras en la comunidad indígena de Megantoni, provincia de la convención – Cusco, en los años 2017-2019. Método: El diseño fue un estudio de Descriptivo retrospectivo relacionado las complicaciones obstétricas y los partos domiciliarios atendidos por parteras. Resultados Se encontró que 55.9 % fueron partos domiciliarios, el 70.7 % fueron partos domiciliarios atendidos por parteras, el 52.1 % fueron jóvenes, el 73.4 % con grado de instrucción primaria que optaron por parto domicilio y las complicaciones obstétricas que presentaron son: Desgarro del canal del parto 56.3%, infección en el puerperio 14.6%, retención de placenta 8.3%, restos de placentarios 18.8% y hemorragia posparto 2%. Conclusiones El 51 % de los partos domiciliarios atendidos por parteras presentaron complicaciones obstétricas, siendo los más frecuente con 56.3 % desgarro del canal del parto, y 18.8 % retención restos placentarios y en menor porcentajes infección puerperal, hemorragia posparto, retención de placenta.
