Abstract
El artículo analiza la reciente creación en el Perú del nuevo delito de corrupción privada y examina el flamante reglamento del Programa de Prevención Penal Empresarial, con la finalidad de evaluar la configuración de estas dos estrenadas medidas de lucha contra la inveterada corrupción en el país.
 
The article analyzes the recent creation in Peru of the new offense of private corruption and examines the new regulation of the Criminal Business Prevention Program, with the purpose of evaluating the configuration of these two new measures to combat inveterate corruption in the country
