Enseñar a aprender en Derecho: la importancia de la formación docente del formador

Abstract

Este artículo académico intentará establecer la necesidad de la formación docente del formador, tanto inicial como continuo, a fin de mejorar la calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del futuro abogado. Ello así, toda vez que el papel del docente formador resulta ser de vital importancia en el proceso de aprendizaje del alumno, destacando, a su vez, el sentido real de la necesidad de “enseñar a aprender”. En ese marco, creemos que la introducción de distintos elementos de formación pedagógica resulta, en sí misma, de gran importancia para la modificación de los métodos de enseñanza tradicionales, intentando dejar de lado la clase magistral para darle lugar a nuevos y novedosos métodos que nos faciliten la motivación del alumno en el aula para así fomentar su aprendizaje pero con el convencimiento de que esto debe hacerse a través de una implementación metódica y no una utilización improvisada de las diversas técnicas.

This academic paper attempts to establish the need for teacher training the trainer, both initial and ongoing, to improve the quality of the teaching and learning of future lawyer. This is so, since the role of the former teacher turns out to be of vital importance in the process of student learning, highlighting, in turn, the real sense of the need for "learning to learn". In this context, we believe that the introduction of various elements of teacher training is, in itself, of great importance to changing the traditional teaching methods, trying to ignore the master class to give rise to new and innovative methods we facilitate student motivation in the classroom to encourage their learning but with the conviction that this should be done through a methodical and not improvised using various techniques implementation.
