El perito contable judicial en los procedimientos ante el Poder Judicial - Provincia de Huaral

Abstract

La investigación desarrollada está referida al Perito Contable Judicial en los procedimientos ante el Poder Judicial-Provincia de Huaral, donde se analiza cómo influye la actuación del Perito Contable Judicial siendo importante porque contribuye a solucionar la problemática de los expedientes del Poder Judicial en la Provincia de Huaral, es decir, agilizar la cantidad de expedientes, así como el hecho de que sirve de apoyo a la gestión del Juez cuando hay controversias en materia judicial.

The developed investigation is referred to Judicial the Countable Expert in the procedures before the Power Judicial-Province of Huaral, where it is analyzed as it influences the performance of Judicial the Countable Expert being important because it contributes to solve the problematic one of the files of the Judicial Power in the Province of Huaral, that is to say, to make agile the amount of files, as well as the fact that it serves as support the management of the Judge when there are controversies in judicial matter.
