Estudio sobre la importancia de la cooperación económica entre Corea y Perú en el proceso de desarrollo de ambos países (2006 – 2009)

Abstract

Perú es el principal destino de la cooperación técnica proveniente de la República de Corea, debido a que lo considera un aliado estratégico en la región latinoamericana, según lo manifestado por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y de Comercio (MOFAT) de la República de Corea. Perú es el país que recibe la mayor cooperación técnica coreana en América Latina ya, que es un socio importante, no sólo en el aspecto económico, sino también en el político y comercial. Este encuentro con el presidente peruano, Alan García, sirvió para impulsar las negociaciones de un Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) y que ahora se encuentra en la fase final del proceso. El acuerdo comercial será muy beneficioso para ambos países, pues son complementarios, mientras Corea es una economía que está basada en tecnología y capital, Perú es una economía abundante en recursos naturales (minerales y agricultura), que el país asiático carece y que necesita para su industria. Perú y Corea implementarán brevemente un acuerdo comercial mediante un TLC Planificando un Futuro Común y que servirá también para fortalecer los lazos de cooperación y amistad entre ambas naciones.

Peru is the main destiny of the originating cooperation of the Republic of Korea because it is considered as an important region strategically in the Latin America, according to the declared thing by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT) of the Republic of Korea. Peru is the country that receives Korean cooperation in Latin America since it is an important partner, not only in the economic aspect but also in the commercial politics. This encounter with the Peruvian president, Alan Garcia, served to impel the negotiations of a Free Trade agreement (TLC) and now is in the final phase of the process. The Free Trade Agreement will be very beneficial for both countries because they are complementary, while Korea is an economy that is based on capital technology and, Peru is an abundant economy in natural resources (mineral and agriculture), that the Asian country lacks and that needs for its industry. Peru and Korea briefly will implement a commercial agreement by means of TLC Planning a Common Future and that It will also serve to fortify the bows of cooperation and friendship between both nations.
