Cultura de seguridad del paciente en enfermeras de Centro Quirúrgico de una Clínica Privada en Lima Metropolitana- 2018
Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la cultura de seguridad del paciente en enfermeras de Centro Quirúrgico de una Clínica Privada en Lima Metropolitana - 2018. Metodología: tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo, de corte transversal y prospectivo, la población conformada por 25 enfermeras de centro quirúrgico según criterios de inclusión y exclusión. la técnica de recolección fue una encuesta, el instrumento usado fue un cuestionario sobre seguridad de los pacientes: versión española del hospital survey on patient safety cogida de la encuesta real de la agency for healthcare research and quality (ahrq) de estados unidos, aplicado previo consentimiento informado. Resultados: se determinó que la cultura de seguridad del paciente en enfermeras de centro quirúrgico de una clínica privada en lima metropolitana – 2018 revelo que un 52% (13) es aceptable, el 44% (11) positiva y el 4% (1) negativa. Conclusión: la cultura de seguridad del paciente es aceptable en enfermeras de centro quirúrgico.
