Síndrome de Burnout y bienestar psicológico en trabajadores de Contact Center de la ciudad de Lima

El objetivo de la presente investigación ha sido encontrar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y el bienestar psicológico en trabajadores de Contact Center de la ciudad de Lima; los cuales fueron 327, de ellos 171 (52.3%) fueron mujeres. Se utilizó el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach (MBI-GS) escala general; y la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico para Adultos (BIEPS-A). Se encontró que la dimensión eficacia profesional tiene una relación estadísticamente significativa con las dimensiones de aceptación control, vínculos y proyectos; así mismo, la dimensión de indiferencia tiene relación negativa y estadísticamente significativa con las dimensiones de aceptación control, vínculos y proyectos; por otro lado, la dimensión de agotamiento emocional tiene una relación estadísticamente significativa con la dimensión vínculos. En relación a las diferencias entre las dimensiones de burnout con las condiciones sociodemográficas y las condiciones laborales; se encontró en los primeros que existe diferencias respecto al sexo en la dimensión de eficacia profesional y en los segundos, existen fuertes diferencias al comparar las áreas de trabajo y antigüedad en la empresa en la dimensión de indiferencia. En relación a las diferencias entre las dimensiones de bienestar psicológico con las condiciones sociodemográficas; se encontró que hay fuertes diferencias en las dimensiones de aceptación control y autonomía en relación al sexo, así como en la dimensión proyectos en relación a la edad y en la dimensión aceptación control en relación al estado civil. Entre las dimensiones de bienestar psicológico y condiciones laborales no existen diferencias.
