Factores de riesgo asociado a absceso residual post apendicectomia abierta vs laparoscopica en pacientes de 15 a 60 años del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz durante el año 2016 al 2021
Abstract
En el Servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz se observó la incidencia de abscesos intraabdominales posterior a la apendicectomía laparoscópica en comparación con la apendicectomía convencional, en el que se consideraron factores evidentes, pero hasta el momento no confirmados, como un lavado peritoneal defectuoso y una peritonitis difusa. Además, se observaron diversos factores asociados como el estadio clínico de la apendicitis, duración de la cirugía, tiempo entre el ingreso y salida de la cirugía, obesidad y presencia de comorbilidades. Por lo tanto, si los factores asociados con esta complicación no están claros, las tasas de reingreso seguirán siendo altas. Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados a absceso residual post apendicectomía abierta vs laparoscópica en pacientes de 15 a 60 años del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz durante el año 2016 al 2021. Material y método: estudio de tipo cuantitativo, observacional, analítico, cohorte y retrospectivo, se utilizará como instrumentos la ficha de recolección de datos a los pacientes operados de apendicitis que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Además, se realizó un seguimiento para determinar si desarrollaron absceso intraabdominal durante el periodo de estudio. Población: Pacientes entre los 15 y los 60 años con apendicitis del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz durante el año 2016 al 2021. Plan de análisis: Se empleará el software Satistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), versión 13.0, para el procesamiento de datos. Se calculará el Riesgo Relativo en los grupos expuestos y no expuestos. Los datos demográficos se compararán utilizando la prueba t de Student. Para analizar “la presencia de complicaciones, se aplicará la prueba chi-cuadrado o el test de Fisher. Se considerará un nivel de significancia del 5% (P<0.05). Finalmente se tendrá en cuenta los cuatro principios éticos.
