We report a case of a child with Hypomelanosis of Ito, characterized by hypochromic spots along the lines of Blaschko, unilateral, mainly associated with neurological, ocular and orthopedic disorders. It’s an unusual patology to study and find in ambulatory practice, for that essential to know the initial signs and symptoms, in order to request appropriate laboratory and imaging tests . Our patient represents one case of hipomelanose of Itu with dermatologic findings, with some musculoesqueletal manifestations by the time of medical evaluation.
