Síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral en docentes de un colegio privado de la ciudad de Lima

El propósito del estudio fue precisar la relación que hay entre el síndrome de
burnout y la satisfacción laboral en profesionales de la docencia de un colegio privado
en la ciudad de Lima. Se tuvo como muestra a 130 docentes, entre 20 a 40 años de
un colegio privado. Para poder medir las variables, fueron empleados el Cuestionario
de Satisfacción laboral S21/26 de J.L. Meliá y el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach.
Dentro de los resultados se obtuvo que entre las dimensiones agotamiento emocional
y satisfacción intrínseca existe una relación negativa, y altamente significativa; del
mismo modo con las dimensiones satisfacción con la supervisión, satisfacción con la
calidad de producción y satisfacción con la participación. Se destaca también que
entre la dimensión despersonalización de burnout y las dimensiones pertenecientes
a satisfacción laboral: Satisfacción intrínseca, satisfacción con la supervision y
satisfacción con la participación, existe una relacion negativa y altamente significativa.
Así mismo, se identificaron diferencias en relación al sexo en la dimensión
agotamiento emocional y la dimension despersonalización. Respecto a los estilos de
vida se encontró diferencia significativa entre actividad cultural y despersonalización;
del mismo modo entre la dimensión realización personal y las actividades culturales.
Posteriormente, en el analísis de datos entre las dimensiones de satisfacción laboral
y las condiciones sociodemográficas; no se encontraron diferencias. Si embargo, se
evidencia una diferencia significativa entre la dimensión satisfacción con la
supervisión y actividades deportivas; del mismo modo, entre la dimensión satisfacción
con la calidad de producción y actividades deportivas. Finalmente, dentro del analísis
también se evidenció diferencias significativas entre satisfacción con la participación
y actividades de estudiante junto con actividades deportivas.
